Catholic po family namin. At naniniwala sa karapatan na mabuhay. Buntis po hipag ko at hinihinalaang hindi kuya ko ang ama. Pinaabort po nya, pinahilot nya at ininuman ng gamot pampalaglag. Illegal po ang abortion. Sino po ba ang pwede mag file ng case against her?

it will be difficult. you first have to prove she was pregnant. then you will need witnesses who have personal knowledge that she drank abortives and witnessed the pag-hilot. good luck.

I know the doc where she had gone for a check up. Doctor po sa health center at yung result po ng pregnancy test ay positive. Then sinabi po nya sa Kuya ko na pinahilot nya at ininuman ng pampalaglag dahil ayaw nya etong ituloy. Then 1 week after po nun dinugo na sya. Enough na ba na evidences yung sa doctor at sa sinabi nya sa Kuya ko? Thanks po Atty.

the doctor will be in big trouble for violating doctor-patient privelege and his statements will be inadmissible.

IMO, there is not enough evidence. abortion is very difficult to prove. but you have the right to initiate the case.

Im sorry po Atty sa hindi po malinaw yung last post ko. Bale po, yung result ng pregnancy test dun sa doc po ay positive at nagpapatunay na buntis po hipag ko. Then yung hipag ko po sinabi nya sa Kuya ko na pinapahilot nya eto at ininuman ng pampalaglag. Then tinanong ko po yung hilot, umamin dn po na buntis hipag ko at hinilot nya at ang sbi po ay dugo pa lng dw yun dhil 1 month pa lng.
