Arresto Menor

I also checked my contract and it clearly states there that all remaining SL will be converted to cash and it not stated that if an employee is Terminated for such cause, the remaining SL will not be convertible to cash. Paki bigyan lang po ng linaw. Salamat po.

Mas makakapagbigay linaw nyan ang kumpanya.

IMO the contract is a general form - "usually" leave credits are converted.

But the FAQ given after would give the conditions when they may be forfeited.
