Hi. I got sick these past few months due to stress regarding pay/salary disputes. I always make sure to provide my supervisor med certificate, however I have experience a lot of disputes for the said leave. They are not paying the benefits I should have on time. I don't know where to follow up with those disputes, i ask my supervisor and have been referred to hr, but hr pointed me to my sup. Last time i experienced this and have them resolve the issue took them 2 months to return may money back.

Aside from the sick leave, my employer have automatically deducted my accnt (cash card) for co-payment which in which i'm not aware of. They have advised that the company changed their insurance package which they did not discuss prior the said deduction. the deduction has been made last january 2012 but the co-pay was for consultations made last june of 2011.

I already file a complaint with dole, they advised me to file illegal deduction and safety and security (our company's locker are being robbed as well, even if there are security and cctv cam). Is this the right thing to do?
