Good day!

Tanung ko lang po kung ilang percent dapat ang tax ng monthly incentive? last year kasi 15% lang po ung kinakaltas ng HR namin. But this year po is 30% na po. tama po ba un?

Everything is taxable, so it will be treated as salary, so kung magkano rate nang employee ganon ang tax rate..

eh panu po pag may dependent declared sa BIR. ako po kasi 100k exemption na po ako pero as per sa HR namin sa payroll lang po applicable ung exemption pero sa MONTHLY INCENTIVES hindi..
