Last January 2017 po nasa SM Tarlac ako at may lumapit na agent at inivite po niya ko sa office ng Cocolife. Then, pinaliwanag po ni Mrs. Liezle yung about sa Future Savings Plan ng Cocolife. Okay naman po. Kaso nung dumating po sakin yung Policy Contract last February 2017, hindi ko po nagustuhan yung nilalaman niya dahil hindi po ganun yung pinaliwanag sakin. Kaya nung March 29 nag-send ako ng cancellation letter sa office nila. At sinabi po ng manager na pwede nilang icancel pero di na po nila maibabalik yung pera ko na 18, 275.81. Ano po ang gagawin ko para marefund ko po yun?
