Ask ko lang po kung may magagawa pa ba akong ibang paraan para macancel yung Future Savings Platinum at mabalik po yung pera ko?
Someone approached me sa Glorietta (Sept. 18, 2016), tinanong kung my credit card,atm card tapos ininvite sa office nila nagkaron ng discussion about plans. They said na its a savings with insurance etc. They are so persistent lumapit na saken ang supervisor at manager to convince me. They are asked for my credit card sabi nila its for verification only kasi madami naman di naaaccept kasi pang purchase lang daw pwede. The manager gave me the paper hindi ko na notice na yun pala is authorization makapag charge sa card ko out of frustation kasi sobrang kulit nila at kaylangan ko na umuwe I hand over my card then yun natransact nga that's 18,936.63 a big amount of money. They gave me the receipt and I signed a confirmation sheet na Congratulations. Sila na yung nagfillup ng details sa confirmation at pina sign na lang saken. Sa pagbibigay saken ng plan sabi ng manager sir walang cancel ha downgrade lang...pero dahil gusto ko na umalis nag oo na lang ako.
The next day (Sept. 19, 2016) dahil narealise ko na parang naloko ako sa mga pangyayari bumalik ako para icancel yung transaction. I waited 2 1/2 hours just to talk to the manager. I express my plan sa cancellation. Sinabi ko na kanya na sabi nya ay for verification pero hindi pala at sabi nya may pinirmahan ka. Sabi ko kasi parang na deceive nila ako at dun nagtaas na sya ng boses at halatang nagalit sabi pa nya may video kame mag ingat ka sa mga sinasabi mo.
She gave me 2 options:
(1) They will cancel my plan pero di nila mababalik yung pera ko;
(2) I will downgrade my plan to 5,207.63 at ibabalik nila yung remaining na 13,729.20.
I had no choice but to agree on the 2nd option out of fear na mawala yung pera ko. Sa discussion namen tinanong ko kung pwede ko mawithdraw yung pera if I decide to terminate my plan after a year kasi sabi nya hindi pwede within the year. At she guaranteed na pwede na makukuha ko yun since that is my savings and all i need to do is to surrender my policy.
September 20, 2016 at 9AM I called the main office inquiring for the cancellation of my plan, sa conversation parang pinapalabas na ako talaga yung may mali. Dahil nakapirma ako etc. Sa conversation namen tinanong ko kasi sabi ng manager na mababalik naman yung pera ko if nagdecide ako magterminate ng plan sabi nya hindi guarantee yun.
I felt fooled. Meron pa po ba akong magagawa para completely macancel yung plan ko?
Wala pa po saken yung policy itetext na lang daw nila ako pag nasa kanila na para makuha ko.
