I am an employee at a private sector. I acquired a house and lot at valle dulce bubuyan calamba city under Filinvest Land Inc.
I already fully paid the equity, and as per promise by the agent, the house will be ready for occupancy after the fully paid equity and Housing Loan thru pagibig was granted.
But, recently i received a message from the Filinvest Land Inc thru email that the Subdivision is undergoing Technical Completion and that they were sorry for the delay.
After that I did not receive any explanation on what does it means..
So please help me to lessen my worry, what does it mean when they said that "the Subdivision is undergoing Technical Completion?"
