hello!!... i have a contract that will end this march... luckily i found a promising work for me as a government employee. gusto ko sanang i stop na yung contract ko 3 months bago yung endo ng contrata ko...pwede po ba yun??

You can always resign, provided you comply with the 30-day notice required - or whatever is stated in the contract regarding resignations.

what about kung nakalagay sa contract eh babayaran ko po yung company kapag nagresign ako ng hindi tapos yung contract??? pwede po ba yun??
