hello. are employment bonds refundable after you completed your service? it is not indicated in my contract kasi if they will refund it. it just stated that we are supposed to post a bond that will be deducted from our monthly salary. thanks.

bond for what? usually bonds are paid if you resigned without finishing your contract specially when the company invested training programs on you. But to deduct bonds on your salary when you are still employed to them, I dont think that is justifiable.
