Atty I am an OFW and I met a guy in my previous hospital. He courted me and admitted that he is on the process of annulment. He told me that he had his final hearing. But suddenly I heard a news that all the things that we said to me wasn't all true. Before I knew everything we already avail a condo unit which is under our name and had our bank account, passbook and check account under our both names.
Sir, I want to know if he is really undergoing the process of annulment. I hope you can help me.

ask him kung saan court nakasalang ang petition and you can verify it from there.

Sir the thing is kapag tinatanong ko siya eh nagagalet siya. But I know the place kung saan sila kinasal. Kasi he is telling me na sa Cebu sila kinasal and it was civil wedding. Liloan yung town nya eh. Paano po kaya yun? I really hope you can help me.

what i do is make an inquiry at the OSG if they have a record of the case.

it's not good if he isn't being transparent about this.

I don't see any documents that may say that he is really going the process of annulment. Is there any way other than that which I may know if he is really having an annulment. Actually I'm doing this because many times I caught him cheating on me that's why my trust is always a big issue. I hope you can help me. I have ym account. You can add me. It's mimiamores10
