Arresto Menor

good evening.
i would like to know how strong is the chance that my marriage status will be legally separated. i cannot afford the process of annulment. i would rather spent the money for something that my children needs instead of paying the fee for it.
i have been separated from my husband for 10 years. i support my children (2)  alone, without any help from my him.
i have zero knowledge what legal process i have to do with regards to this matter.
Please advise and thank you in advance for the assistance that you will extend.

if you wish to be legally separated, you still have to go to court which will require a considerable amount of money. based on the lawyer i have spoken with, cost for legal separation and annulment is almost the same.
