Arresto Menor

Hello! This was my case, nakasakay ako ng jeep then nkita ko yung magnanakaw na ninanakawan pasahero, he saw me seeing him then kumuha sya ng fountain pen then tried to stab me. He even say na 'babalikan kita kahit babae ka' and 'tutusukin ko mata mo'. Pinablotter ko na sya, then police told me na magdemanda para ma warrant. Ask ko lng po ano po process ng padedemanda then mga babarayan po.
