Hi atty. I was given a memo after 3 days of my awol but before i leave the company i told my employer that i wont come to report to duty because of family problem..he said to me that i have to inform him pero aware po ako na may contract ako na 2 yrs..so they send me a memo asking for my explanation kung bakit nag awol ko..so i reply to their memo..as of now naghihintay ako kung ano ang nxt step nila..ang tanong ko lng po..is it really possible na pupunta to sa korte kung nkapagsabi nman ako sa boss ko na hndi na ako mag duduty...tnx po sana matulungan niyo po ako
