Arresto Menor

I was wondering if someone can help me. Someone filed a labor complaint against me. But my business is bankrupt and i was unaware of the complaint am i criminally liabel for not appearing in court and if i dont apear will this affect me in anyway . please help much appreciated

so how do you know that someone filed a complaint if you're unaware of the complaint in the first place?
