Is it legal to still work for your employer, whilst you have a complaint against him/her in labor, that has not been heard yet.

Yes.
It's isn't only legal to go on, it's often illegal to stop (=breaking the contract) if not both agree - in writing - to end the contract.

((But dependiing of type of conflict, it's POSSIBLE the employer don't trust you and don't want you there because he BELIEVE it's risk you will damage the business. If it's legal for the employer to refuse to let you work there, is an other question Smile
