Hello po... I would just like to ask po regarding installation of Water (Nawasa) and Electricity (Meralco)... My inquiry covers all pertinent cash outs in order to acquire Adequate Water and Electricity to a unit of Apartment. Who should shoulder this concern? Is it the Owner or the Tenant? Currently the Owner is asking for us to contribute... say... half of the expenses needed for us to have Nawasa. Is this right? Atty?
