Hello! I am a field worker with jobs in office at the same time in field areas of assignment. I just wanna ask if when is the start of working hours as a field worker in an NGO? Is traveling from office to field work/area is already a start of working time using the organization's vehicle?
Also, the organization also re-assigned some of us employees in other areas which is far from our residences, which will take us about 1.5 hours (with service) or 2 hours (commute) to report in the new working place in an 8am-5pm working hours. Can we demand for additional compensation or demand for a flexi-time? Since we did not apply (from the start) to work in that far areas. It is additional cost to us, especially on fare also our time is extended (in traveling to area).

Working hours for you would probably start once you leave the office.
