Acquired property

hi please help me to know my rights regarding on my fathers property. My parents are not married. they abandoned me since i was 2years old lolo and lola ang nagpalaki(mother side). after 15years my mother showed and in 2 weeks she finalized the papers (house tagging, tax declaration no Tittle) under her name. inalisan po nya ako ng karapatan sa property at pinamigay nya sa mga kapatid nya. Gusto ko po malaman kung totoo po bang wala na ako habol sa property ng father ko na nilipat sa pangalan ng mother ko kahit hindi sila kasal? at pwede po bang ipamigay sa mga kapatid nya ang property at mawalan ako ng rights? Please help and please anu po pwede ko gawin kung gusto ko pong habulin ang rights ko? san po at panu ako mag sstart? Maraming salamat po.
