Hi! at the back of the tct there is a restrictions-except as provided for under memorandum circular no. 1073 date dec. 1, 1994, no transfer or alienation of the property subject hereof whether in whole or in part shall be made, nor shall it become liable for the satisfaction of any debt contracted by the vendee. Should the beneficiary unlawfully sell, transfer or otherwise dispose of his/her lot or any right thereon, the transaction shall be null and void. he/she shall also lose his/her rights to the land, forfeit the total amortization paid thereon, and shall be barred from the benefits under RA 7279 for a period of ten years from the date of violation. What is the meaning of this restriction? Can we still buy and transfer it to our name? Thanks!

yung property po ba under mortgage pa? nakaloan sa pagibig o housing loan perhaps..?
kung gayon nga kailangan matransfer sainyo thru the financing office. wag kayo magrelease ng bayad basta.
