This is regarding with my possible promotion. All rank employees are subject to evaluation every quarter for salary increase and/or promotion. I was given a very good score by my team lead, however, our manager asked my team lead to change not just mine, but majority of our scores. And it was already encoded as our final scores, it was also rolled up for our awareness. And the change should be made under the table and not supposed to know by the involved party. However, our lead is so insulted he disclosed this information to us. Is it accepted by our labor code?
