Hi,

We live in a subdivision. The home owner Board decided to get CCTV system for security purpose. They got some contractor installing poles for camera mounting.

Here is our problem - they installed a "pole" along the side walk in "front" of our house. We don't like the location of the pole as it somehow affects the ambience of the house. Is there a law which prohibit such action? What could be the grounds we can use against them.
