Advice on resigning

Hi there.

I just need an advice regarding my situation.

I am a teacher in a Senior High School and I have been thinking of resigning. The school has not given me a contract yet so I don't know the details.

But my question is, as long as I render a thirty day notice prior to resigning, will the school accept it? considering that it is in the middle of the the semester? or would I have to finish the semester? The reason why I want to resign is because I am planning to move to another city.

30 days notice is enough unless may contract kang pinirmahan stating na you have to finished the semester / school year.

hi all , hingi lang po sana ako ng advise regarding sa situation ko , I am area head supervisor , I have 32 promoters for fone brands assigned in malls . 8 of them nagsumbong sa head office at gumawa ng kwento . Pinatawag ako sa head office without informinf me na may ganun ng issue all the while ang akala ko lang ay meeting with client while in the HEARING " WHICH I DIDNT CONSIDER AS HEARING BECAUSE FOR ME HEARING IS GIVING YOU ENOUGH TIME TO GET ALL YOUR EVIDENCES AGAINST THE CASE" nagbasa sila ng mga screenshots ng sumbong ng promoter ngunit di pinakita sakin . so ako naman tumanggi sa mga sumbong dahil wala naman ako alam talaga. to make the story short pinapunta ako doon para umamin sa mga bintang pero hindi ako umamin dahil wala naman ako alam at meron din sila binibintang to me na hindi nman dapat sakin na ka accountability kasi hindi ako nag recieve pero dinadamay ako . sinabihan ako na mag coconduct sila ng investigation at sinabi na 30 days ako na suspended , pero pinapasok ako ng monday kasi pinag turn over ako agad. After that sinabihan ako ng immediate sup. ko na wag muna pumasok kasi suspended . Pinapunta ako sa employer ko na agency kasi papa pirmahain daw ako ng illegal suspension pero pag dating ko doon ay di ako binigyan at ang masam po dito hinold salary ko kahit dapat yung last salary ko ang ihohold . kailangan ko po ng advise , . nag padole na po ako nag file ako illegal suspension kasi bakit hindi ako pinapirma ng suspension kung suspended ako at
bakit hinold salary ko.
