Hi there i need some expert opinion on my problem.

I have been an employee for almost 11 months and we were on probationary period for 6 months and did some training until the second or third month i think.

i had some issues with the management and i am thinking of resigning. however my bond with the company is 1 year after my probationary period. and it is said that if i was to resign, terminated or separated from the company that i will be reimbursed of the training etc. and i will be required to pay 100k for damages.

i read in this post that his 100k should be pro-rated?

just a question.. on what basis can the court say that the 100k they are demanding is unreasonable?

they cannot reject if you give 30 day notice.

it can be declared unreasonable if there is no basis for it. to my mind, the company is asking for a return as a condition for employment which is wrong.

The company said that they have an issue and my resignation is pending pa daw. What can i do?

After the 30daya can i immediately stop going to work? Will they not take that as awol?

yes, you can stop appearing after 30 days. suggest you give them a written reminder 7 days before the expiration.
