Arresto Menor

I would just like to ask po for some guidelines sa DA. My employer just served 7 DA's of tardiness from 2015-2016 records, ok lang po ba yun? I mean, wala po bang standard period of serving the DA from the first infliction ng tardiness? or ok lang po kahit sabay sabay i serve ng employer yung DA sa employee without warning?

Mali yan. Dapat isang memo lang. Kung 2015 pa yang tardiness na yan, it's as if pinabayaan na yan ng employer kung wala siyang ginawa dati.

Mali lang ang procedure na ginawa nila, dapat ni combine nila sa isang memo, tapos ni call yung attention mo na habitual ang offences mo dahil 7 times nangyari tapos bigyan ka ng parusa. Bec binigyan ka ng 7 da's pwede kang magreklamo sa HR. i-rescind nila yung 7 DA's but issuehan ka nila ng panibagong memo. Same lang in my opinion. But if you want to just make a point then pwede din. Baka lang maiinis si HR sayo
