Good evening or good morning!

I have been reviewing labor codes pero wala po akong makuhang pedeng makatulong sa case ng sister ko.

Her job contract states that she is to receive 9524.67 php per month and she has been receiving an average of 5000 php per cut off ever since nag start sya. Thinking that the amount is closer to her contracted salary, hindi na sya nagtaka. Until one of her colleague asked their OIC bakit mas mataas sahod nya considering mas tenure yun colleague nya sa kanya. The OIC answered na as Vault Custodian (Pawnshop), entitled sya sa 1500 php additional allowance. Although wala po yun sa contract, she felt na yun word ng OIC nila ay tama.

Pero just this January 31st, nag pm sa kanya yun payroll officer nila (take note yun pm at directly contacting her), asking her to deposit 1500 php as initial return dun sa over-payment sa kanya since she started. They even reprimanded her na dapat nagtataka na sya na malaki ang sahod nya. Inaagad nila yun sister ko, kaya nagdeposit na lang ng 1500 php para wala nang masyadong usapan.

Para sa isang bagong empleyado (first job nya po), wala po sya masyadong alam sa mga payroll issue. Feel din po nya na trabaho ng payroll na gawing tama ang bawat numero sa payslip nila kaya di na sya nagchecheck ng payslip. Hindi rin daw sya na-orient ng company nila nung na-hire sya about compensation and benefits.

As vault custodian, kung ang policy ng company eh pagbayarin ang employee kapag nagshort sila, hindi ba dapat yun payroll officer yun magshoulder nung pagkakamaling iyon?

Meron po bang magagawa para hindi na magbayad ang kapatid ko? Ano po kayang labor reference ang pwede naming gamitin tungkol dito?

As vault custodian, kung ang policy ng company eh pagbayarin ang employee kapag nagshort sila, hindi ba dapat yun payroll officer yun magshoulder nung pagkakamaling iyon?
- yan ay internal rules na ng companya. so it depends on them but usually hindi pinagbabayad ang payroll officer.

kelangan talagang isauli dahil hindi naman sa kanya yung pera
