Hello po,

The scenario po is the company pays us on a monthly fixed rate and yung mga cut-off po namin is for either positive or negative adjustments. My question po is if its possible na ma double pay yung basic pay namin after changing our cut-off? Kasi po ang ginawa ng company namin is binayaran yung monthly rate namin then sinabi na dinouble pay daw yung basic namin so kinaltasan din kami and it was named sa payslip namin as "double paid basic salary" legal po ba ito or mali po yung ginawa ng company? what actions can we take po ba?

for the past 5 years po, nag undergo na din po kami ng cutoff change pero di nagbago nor nag overlap yung pay sa amin, ngayong binili ng ibang company, di naman kami pumirma ng bagong contract pero sabi nga po eh na double pay yung basic namin. kahit ilan lang po yung working days mo sa isang bwan, bayad po ng buo yung monthly rate.

what you can do is make a written request for a breakdown and accounting from your HR. if you believe there is an anomaly, make a courteous demand that it be paid. your legal remedy is to file a complaint at nlrc.
