The scenario po is the company pays us on a monthly fixed rate and yung mga cut-off po namin is for either positive or negative adjustments. My question po is if its possible na ma double pay yung basic pay namin after changing our cut-off? Kasi po ang ginawa ng company namin is binayaran yung monthly rate namin then sinabi na dinouble pay daw yung basic namin so kinaltasan din kami and it was named sa payslip namin as "double paid basic salary" legal po ba ito or mali po yung ginawa ng company? what actions can we take po ba?
