1. If employee received any types of COMPLAINT LETTER - 20.00 Php per day incentives is forfeited for the entire cut-off. Above that, a deduction of 100 Php or 200 php depending on the boss's mood.

Once all incentives are forfeited, future violation will be deducted from the basic salary.

Is it right to deduct from the basic salary?

Please advise thank you in advance.

Nope. That is not allowed. Generally sss, philhealth and pag ibig are the allowable deductions.

Mam basta po bawal po yun. The next question is papaano mo pipigilan vboss mo from continuing this practice kasi may risk na tatanggalin ka. Bawal din ang future deductions. Ano yan wala ka pa sahod e may kaltas na?
