Arresto Menor

i would like to ask about our carloan, we were delayed of our monthly installment for 3 months but we were able to catch up our due. we have recieved a notice from a lawyer and it was stated that they will file a motion for hearing and reconsideration on feb 3. what should we do? can we still retain our car since we were able to pay our 3 months due?
