Arresto Menor

i just wanna ask matutuloy ba yung case if the compalinant ay nasa abroad and its been 4yrs now wala p din ako update s kaso but sa last hearing namin judge say issue a warrant kaso wala yung kabilang side.. tuloy p din ba yung kaso kahit nasa abroad ako and and i havent any hear from court about it. hope for a respond.. thank u in advance
