Arresto Menor

may case po nafile sa kapatid ko last 2013 then my lumabas na warrant of arrest ., nung 2017 po eh nag karoon na sila ng settlement ng nag kaso sa kanya ( estafa) nagkaroon sila ng settlement and nabayaraan na nya ng buo pati damages..

ask ko lang po anu kailangan gawin para ma lift yung warrant of arrest na na issue or anung dapat i file at sinu dapat mag file po ng withrawal ng case.. need papo ba ng appearance.. pls help admin.. Question
