HELLO SIR/MA'AM,

I JUST WOULD LIKE TO ASK SOME INFORMATION ABOUT WHAT ARE THE PROCEDURE AND HOW MUCH WOULD IT COST IF MY HUSBAND WANTS TO ADOPT MY DAUGHTER AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

THE FATHER OF MY DAUGHTER DOESN'T MENTIONED IN HER BIRTH CERTIFICATE NOR HE ACKNOWLEDGED THE HE WAS THE FATHER, SO I GUESS IT WOULD BE EASIER TO PROCESS.

ANY HELP.. ANYONE?

There are documentary requirements for the filing of adoption. Since the biological father was not named in the birth certificate, you are correct that the proceedings will be easier.
