Adoption Last Name Change

Dear Sir/Madam,

My parents were married after my father's first wife passed away. I am 29yrs old now and they got married 12yrs ago. Now, the problem is ang bunsong kapatid ko po. We discovered na sa NSO birth certificate nya she is holding my Mother's surname. We tried to fixed it in court but we lost and my sister will undergo for adoption kasi daw hindi daw sakot ng new RA law ang sister ko, so para makuha nya ang surname ng father ko my parents have to adopt her.

Tatlo po kaming magkakapatid. Sa nangyari po sa sister ko is it possible na pati kami ako madamay at ang older sister ko? Because the time we were born hindi pa rin kasal ang parents ko. My mother just said that, they were married para magamit namin ang apelyido ng father ko back then, add a fake date on it.

If the three of us undergoes adoption, I guess it will not affect our legal documents, but if we refuse to be adopted and use our mother's maiden name will it affect our legal documents such as "Married Contract". Does my marriage contract be inadmissible?

Kasal po ako sa isang japanese, meron po akong dlawang anak na nsa pilipinas 9yrs.old and 4yrs.old, anak ko po un sa dati kong live-in partner na pilipino, 1yr.palang po ako nag stay dito sa japan. Yung dalawang anak ko po ay nsa side ng mama ko, gusto ko po sana mkuha at mdala dito ung dalawa kong anak, willing nman ung asawa ko na iadopt ung dalawa kong anak pero hndi ko nga lang po alam kung paano ang procedure, kaya yon po ang icoconsult ko sainyo kung paano po ang legal procedure ng pag adopt?Sana po ay matulungan nyo ako.
