Good day po.
I would like to ask for some advise. My neighbor is a 30-year old female with special needs. When I say special needs, her mind is that of a teenager although she already an aged woman.
She often stay out late at night with some of her so-called friends. Later on we find out that she is pregnant. Something happened between her and a married man.
The family is planning to sue the man. Will there be a progress in this case?
