Question po. May kaso pa po ba kame na pwede i-file laban sa lalake?

Nabuntis po nya sister ko when she was 17, she was a virgin pa nga noon. Ngayon po desidido na sya na mag-kaso, but 13 years na po ang lumipas, may laban paba kame?

Ngayon lang nakapagdecide sister ko to file a case. Nung nabuntis sya na-mamanipulate pa kasi sya nung guy. HIndi naman sila nag sama, pero she didnt want any trouble, kaso ngayon hindi na nagsusustento yun guy sa anak nila, kaya she's thinking of filig a case against child abandonment and she also wants to file statutory rape. Pwede pa kaya?

that's not rape. if the father signed the birth certificate then she can file a case of economic violence under ra 9262.
