You could go directly to the nearest BIR Regional Office or better yet, to the main BIR revenue office.
Bring pertinent documents. Update your records there. Give a COPY of updated record to your employer, have it signed/received.

May I know why your employer declined? And why update only now? Why didn't you update when were M1 and M2?

They told me that I should secure first my 2316 from my previous employer. I wasnt able to do that because I havent processed my clearance with them. It wasnt an issue even when I was in CVG, I was able to update my status there without any hassle like this. I just submit the updated form attached with my dependents' documents & they were able to update my status.

Just saves them the hassle of updating your records twice. You do need to furnish them a copy of your 2316

Tama lang na "Z" rated ang income tax computation since walang 2316.
Then you'd have to consolidate your income tax from both previous and current employer, then personally file it sa BIR via form 1700.

not necessarily. If sobra yung nakaltas sayo may refund, if not walang refund
