hi.
I just wanna ask if I'm eligible for a tax refund. I was employed last July 2012 and my monthly income is around 7,000-8,000. Unfortunately I still haven't received any tax refund. TIY.

are you still employed? it depends on how much tax you paid.. if it's correct for your salary, then there's no more tax refund, ask your HR for computation.

hi, i just want to know if my tax refund for 2012 should be included in my backpay even if i was terminated? i was able to return all the things that the company owns and was able to process my clearance.. my last day with my previous company was jan 3, 2013 and they've released the itr january 29, 2013... i was not able to get it since i've already processed my clearance...
