Hi..if I will resign before the year ends, am I entitled for a tax refund? And can I get it together with my last pay?

it is possible, but it all depends on the final computation. normally it is given with the last pay

ahh..ok..so atty, is their a certain formula to look at with on how to compute your tax refund because last year I don't have tax refund but instead I had payable tax. I don't understand because my co-employee who worked longer than me in the company and she have bigger salary than mine received 4k of tax refund. And one more thing atty, I want to resign this month but I am worried because I've check my SSS contribution last day then I found out that they did not contribute to my SSS account for 9 months and they continued deducting my salary for SSS. What should I do?

you can make an inquiry to the HR about the SSS contributions then later file a complaint at the SSS.
