Good day!I just wanna ask kung ano po ang difference ng demotion at lateral transfer?Meron po kasi akong co-employee na Acct.Staff, then ngayon gagawin nalang syang cashier at biller.She felt degraded & demoted sa pangyayare at di na sya sa Acct.Department ma assign,wala rin po written form na binigay sa kanya about transfer just a verbal notice 3days before ng effectivity.

Yung isa naman po asking if the Employee Relation Officer & Recruitment Officer thing is the same in level or mas mababa po yung isa?Kasi from Employee Relation Officer magiging Recruitment Officer napo.

did the salary changed?

1. Generally kung hindi bumaba ang sahod, hindi sya demotion.

2. Pwedeng magkatapat sila, dahil parehong "Officer" sila.
