it's not a demotion if there's no diminution of benefits.
Lalo na sa BPO industry, that can happen kung walang coach-level position sa ibang account - or pwede kang ipa-float muna habang walang similar position.

but the thing is were 9 coaches and based on ranking im number one, then latet i found out that those coaches who are close to our OM will keep their posts, i was ased my OM if i wanted to be transferred, and ño options were given.except im willing, i worked hard to get that postvand now i have to stàrt all over sgain

There is also what's called "management discretion"

You can't demand to be made redundant - that's also management prerogative.
