Arresto Menor

nagpa alam po ako ng 2 days na No sched of work due to have my reason my bf was accident and need me to comfort him before he undergo to surgical operation.. my manager replyd me in text na hindi valid reason yung paalam ko kasi hindi daw family member.. pero nagmamakaawa ako sa kanya na kong pwedi wag muna ako bigyan ng sched.. sinabi niya na pag umabsent daw ako first offense and so on tatanggalin daw niya ako.. what would be my legal action para labanan siya,, nagpapa alam nman ako sa kanya ng maayos.. pero di talaga niya tanggap yung paalam ko sa kanya sabi niya dadaan daw siya sa legal process para tanggalin ako,, hope to heard a reply from you..

Unauthorized absence talaga yan. Even family member pwede i-refuse although usually for humanitarian reasons pinapayagan. Masyadong harsh naman if ni-terminate ka dahil sa unauthorized absence. Baka he will try to file a case of insubordination against you.

In my opinion, termination is too harsh a punishment for this incident. But then again hindi talaga valid reason yung mag-comfort ng tao
