Arresto Menor

Isang po akong OFW my anak na minor
Legally Married pero Di na kami nag sasama ng aking asawa (Di legal na magkahiwalay)
ang concern ko po, pinablock ng aking asawa ang anak namin para mag travel abroad.
my karapatan ba sya na iblock ang bata kahet di sya nag susupport financially sa bata?
pano ma lilift ang banned? saang ahensya po ako pwede lumapit.
