Ung company namin ayaw na nilang magkaroon ng Petty Cash dito sa Phil SO. Ang gusto nila online banking lahat ng expenses. Pero may mga small payables kami, katulad ng newspaper subscription, drinking water, pantry supplies (na binibili from supermarket) - na gusto ng head office nmin na bayaran muna ng employee (hindi rin nila specified kung cno particular na employee). Kung company expenses ang mga ito, di ba hindi dapat abonohan ng empleyado? At meron po ba itong issue na ito sa Phil labor Law?

Sana nga hindi na dapat abonohan.

Pero walang issue ito sa labor law.

wag nyo abonohan.. kung di sila magbibigay nang petty cash, eh di wala kayong pambili.
