Goodpm po. Ask ko lang po. kc may sister plan to had an annulment na. but they had already a property( house and lot). anu po magiging epekto nito sa petition ng annulment at anu po pede gawin? meron cla 1 anak 5 yr old lang. Sana po may makatulong.

Depends on the ground used on the marriage annulment or the (alleged) validity of marriage and the year date of marriage afaik etc. Your statement seems incomplete for me atleast...
