sana matulongan nyo ako kasi napag sunduan namin n hatiin ang aming property gusto ko sana mk hingi ng sample ng agreement about property. pareho kaming ofw, kaso nagloko c babae at nabuntis ng iba kaya magpa tulong sana ako about property agreement para mapermahan nming dalawa ung mapagsunduan nmin salamat sana matulongan nyo ako... salamat

under the the law, the guilty party forfeits her/his share in the conjugal partnership... congrats, mayaman ka na.

such an agreement is void. the law will always presume that all your properties as conjugal unless there is a court order stating otherwise
