Common law marraige

I just wanna ask po kung may maififile ba akong kaso once na nagloko ung asawa ko though di pa kami kasal.. Pero nagsasama na kami ng 11years at may 2 anak kami.. Pano po kung nahuli ko siya na nambabae? Can i file a case against them both? Thanks po

Nope. I don't think so. Even if you've been together for 30 years, if you're still not legally married, you won't be able to file a case againts your partner, for having an affair outside your relationship, yan ang isa sa mga disadvantages ng hindi kasal. I think, ibang case naman ung tungkol sa children niyo, kahit hindi kayo kasal, you would still have the right to demand support from him.

Kung gusto mo talaga mag file ng case againts sa partner mo, I suggest you consult with a lawyer, kahit hindi kayo kasal, kung tlagang naapakan niya ang pagkatao mo, I'm sure there's a specific case you can file. Pero sis, I'm sure madugo yan, kasi kung ang habol mo ay ung rights mo, kc matagal na kau nagsasama, mejo malabo, kasi hindi naman siya nakatali sayo.
