Arresto Menor

nagkaroon ng extra marital affairs ang asawa ko years ago. the other woman got pregnant. the relationship gone sour. buntis pa lang siya, when she blackmailed my husband that she will kill herself at ang bata kung hindi pipirma ang asawa ko ng patiuna sa isang blank birth cerificate kahit hindi pa siya nanganganak.

ng manganak na siya, nasa ibang bansa na ang asawa ko bilang seaman. ipinarehistro niya ang birth ceritificate, claiming na andun ang asawa ko that day ng iparehistro niya at pinirmahan ng asawa ko sa harap ng abogado na siya ang ama ng bata (per stated in the back of the birth certificate).

PWEDE HO BA AKONG MAG FILE NG CASE TO VOID THAT BIRTH CERTIFICATE SINCE WALA NAMAN ANG ASAWA KO DITO SA PINAS NG IPINANGANAK AT NG ARAW NA PINAREHISTRO NIYA ANG BIRTH CERTIFICATE NG BATA? MAY PIRMA NG ABOGADO CLAIMING THAT MY HUSBAND WAS THERE SIGNING IT INFRONT OF HIM. WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE. I HAVE MY HUSBANDS SEAMAN'S BOOK AND PASSPORT TO CLAIM NA WALA SIYA SA PINAS WHEN THEY REGISTERED IT.

Reclusion Perpetua

Forged signatory is not legal and a crime so long as this can be proven in court.

Meanwhile, DNA parental testing is an option to prove such legitimacy if this is your intention.
