hindi naman po nya sya tumatakbo sa responsibilidad. OO, inaako nya na sya na ang ama ng bata kahit hindi nya alam na sa kanya yun dahil sya ang tinuturong ama. dahil nga na walang proof na sya ang ama gusto ng ina ng bata na pirmahan nya ang birth certificate. siguro para lang masecure ng mother ng bata ang magiging rights nito. Ano po bang puedeng i-reason ng ama para hindi sya makapag-sign sa birth certificate? Hingian nya ng DNA result as evidence na sa kanya nga ang bata?

If he has doubts, advise him not to sign. Once he signed the B/C the obligation for support is automatic. Better have the other party prove the filiation of the child.

pano po kung nakapirma na yung husband ko sa birth certificate ng anak ng mistress nya dati, and now naghahabol ang mistress ng support for her child pero wala naman pong trabaho ang husband ko at dahil walang bnibgay na support dinemanda nya ang husband ko ng vawc for mental anguish dahildi sya nagbibigay ng support. May habol pa rin po ba sya kahit walang work asawa ko?dati naman po nung may work husband ko nagsusupport naman sya just now wala kasi unemployed nga sya..
