pwede po ba akong makakuha nito sa nso? ako po ang legal wife.just recently,i found out that my husband has fathered a child by another woman.gusto ko po magsampa ng kaso...papayagan kaya ako ng nso na makasecure ng kopya ng birth cert ng bata,,,for evidence?
