my partner and i lived together for 3years. i knew he was a married man. they had been separated for some time when we started living together. i decided to end the relationship when we found out that his wife filed a case against him (RA 9262 and PD 603: child abuse-failure to provide education). i also learned that she used my daughter's birth certificate and pictures as one of her evidence. she requested and got hold of my child's birth certificate without my knowledge. i dont want my child to be involved in this case, in any way. please help me. last time i heard, they had a hearing last february 18. im concerned how this might affect my child, who's only 2 years old. please please please help me.
