ask ko lang po if the birth certificate of the illegitimate child a strong evidence that can prove the marital infidelity of a husband? my brother was accused of his estranged wife ng RA 9262 for the sake of revenge and gusto nya po makulong ang brother ko.
she had the birth certificate attached to the affidavit she submitted.
may chance po ba na manalo ang brother ko sa case na ito? it's already in court and the estranged wife will push through the case causing her mental anguish daw. nakapirma po ang brother ko sa birth certificate ng bata and is under my other sister's care at wala sa custody ng ina.
my brother has always supported his legitimate children financially.gusto lang ng ex wife gumanti dahil hiniwalayan na cya ng brother ko.
